Wifi Hike is a user-friendly application designed to assist in storing information about WiFi networks to facilitate future connections, including the associated passwords.

The app solely records data of the networks accessed through its interface, enabling users to easily retrieve this information without necessitating ROOT access on their devices.

For enhanced functionality, Wifi Hike requests location permission, a requirement imposed by Android's permissions for Wifi scans on devices running Android 8 or higher. Further details on this can be found at here.

The stored details for each network include the network name, security type, MAC address, password, and the date the network was added.

Additionally, during a WiFi scan, users can access comprehensive network insights such as the network name, security type, MAC address, frequency, channel information, and signal strength.
